Telegram founder Pavel Durov reportedly arrested in France

The founder of the Telegram messaging app, Pavel Durov, was allegedly arrested outside Paris for not moderating criminal activity on the platform, according to French media. The app is popular among pro-democracy activists. Police have not yet confirmed the arrest.
